1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and h25 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the h25.phd website, the h25 mobile app, and all services offered by us.

Using the h25 platform in any form — whether browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing, or simply downloading the app — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the h25 platform.

3 Account Management

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Deposit processing time: instant to 15 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 business days upon completion of KYC verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method to mitigate the risk of money laundering.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
